The London-born artist, songwriter and Ivor Novello Rising Star Award winner has established himself as one of the UK’s most distinctive new voices, fusing raucous indie, punk energy and razor-sharp lyricism with the influence of grime and rap. Known for his electrifying live performances and genre-defying sound, Master Peace brings his high-energy show to Dublin following a run of acclaimed releases, major festival appearances and international touring.
Born Peace Okezie, Master Peace grew up between South East London and Surrey, absorbing an eclectic mix of musical influences, from Skepta and Giggs to The Kooks, Bloc Party and Vampire Weekend. Refusing to fit neatly into one scene, he channelled these contrasting worlds into a sound entirely his own, built on infectious hooks, restless energy and a fearless approach to genre.
His 2024 debut album, How To Make A Master Peace, marked a major breakthrough, earning him the Ivor Novello Rising Star Award, recognition from Zane Lowe and MTV Push, and a nomination from Rolling Stone. Alongside standout appearances at Glastonbury, he has toured and shared stages with Franz Ferdinand, Kasabian, Bastille and Mike Skinner, as well as embarking on his first headline US tour and a European run supporting 5 Seconds of Summer.

Earlier this year, Master Peace released Stupid Kids, a deeply personal EP exploring identity, neurodivergence and the experience of being underestimated. Reclaiming a label that followed him throughout his school years, the release paired candid storytelling with the euphoric, indie-soaked anthems that have become his trademark.
Master Peace now enters his next chapter with his second album, If I Don’t Love You, Who Will?, released on 2 October. Introduced by the singles ‘Love Hate’ and ‘ONE Of ONE’, the record sees him push his songwriting further, exploring identity, connection, self-worth and belonging while retaining the genre-fluid confidence that defines his work. With appearances on the FC 26 soundtrack and collaborations with acclaimed producers and songwriters including Dan Carey and Julian Bunetta, he continues to expand his musical world while championing grassroots culture through his There’s No More Underground initiative.
At the heart of Master Peace’s appeal is his ability to bring people together. His live shows unite indie fans, rap listeners and everyone in between, creating a space where individuality is celebrated and musical boundaries are left behind. With his fearless approach to songwriting and an increasingly international audience, Master Peace is continuing to carve out a place entirely his own in British music.
