17 year old Lauren Wallace is an emerging Irish singer-songwriter from Dublin whose emotionally rich songwriting and contemporary pop-leaning sound has quickly earned her national radio, press and DSP support.
Blending intimate lyricism with melodic clarity, Lauren’s music draws comparisons to artists such as Gracie Abrams and Olivia Rodrigo, while remaining grounded in a distinctly Irish storytelling tradition.
In July 2025, Lauren released her debut EP Salt Stained Lungs, a collection of deeply personal songs exploring growth, connection and self-reflection. Singles from the EP, including People Who Love People, Allegedly and Ghost, received extensive Irish radio airplay across BBC Introducing, RTÉ Radio 1, Today FM, 2FM, FM104 and SPIN South West, with People Who Love People reaching No. 6 on the Irish Breakers Chart and being Top Ten for 4 weeks. Lauren also performed her first live session on Today FM’s All Irish with Claire Beck and did an in studio visit with Max Kane at FM104
The EP and its singles were featured across major DSP editorial playlists, including Spotify’s New Music Friday, New Pop UK, Common Thread, Next Gen Singer-Songwriters, Our Generation and more, as well as Apple Music’s New in Pop and New In Alternative, helping introduce her music to an international audience.

An accomplished live performer, Lauren has played venues and to audiences across Ireland and the UK, including The Ruby Sessions (Dublin), Workman’s Club (Dublin), The Half Moon (London), Ceolchoirm an Pharoiste (Kerry) and The Moate Theatre, supporting artists such as Tyler Lyle, The Fynches and The Druids.
On February 12th she headlines Upstairs at Whelan’s (Sold Out), marking a major milestone in her live career.
