Mobland, Paramount’s new series directed by Guy Richie featuring strong performances by Tom Hardy, Helen Mirren, and Pierce Brosnan while not only being a must watch, but it also happens to have one of the best soundtracks for a tv show this year.

With a collective of punk, electronic, hip-hop, and alternative rock, enriching its tense atmosphere. Matt Bellamy (of Muse) and Ilan Eshkeri composed the score, while Zoë Ellen Bryant and Pete Saville chose the tracks to fit with each scene.

Of course, the standout being “Starburster” the theme tune by Fontaines D.C., released on April 17, 2024, as the lead single from their album Romance. With its intense vocals and driving drums, the track perfectly captures the gritty energy of the show. It has also earned high praise, including a Grammy nomination for Best Alternative Music Performance.
