Jack Van Cleaf and Clover County represent the next generation of Americana—two songwriters who trade traditional boundaries for “heart-on-sleeve” honesty and genre-blurring experimentation. On their upcoming co-headlining tour, the pair explores the messy, beautiful “vertigo” of growing up through a sound that spans from sparse acoustic folk to electrified indie-rock.

Jack Van Cleaf, fresh off the viral success of his breakout hit “Rattlesnake,” arrives with his Dualtone Records debut, JVC. Moving beyond his purely confessional folk roots, Van Cleaf’s new material is an expansive, often grungy soundtrack to self-redefinition. “This album is about re-defining and re-understanding yourself,” he says, bringing a raw, cathartic energy to the stage that has already earned him praise from the likes of Noah Kahan and Zach Bryan. Jack Van Cleaf & Clover County have announced a co-headline show at The Grand Social in Dublin on Saturday, 9th of May 2026.

Joining him is Clover County, the 24-year-old artist defining her own lane with a self-proclaimed genre she calls “bootgaze.” Blending the winking charm of Sheryl Crow with the soulful twang of classic country songwriting, Clover captures the transition from adolescence to adulthood with sharp, “tongue-in-cheek” observations. Preparing for the September 2025 release of her debut album Finer Things (Undercover Lover Records/Thirty Tigers), she brings a “sweet and youthful” perspective honed while touring with Lord Huron and Shakey Graves. Together, Van Cleaf and Clover County offer a powerful look at the modern coming-of-age experience, proving that the future of folk is as much about the “ephemera” of the journey as the songs
