Jacob Banks is a critically acclaimed British-Nigerian artist, songwriter and producer known for his unmistakable voice and deeply cinematic approach to storytelling. Blending soul, alternative, electronic and African influences, Banks has built a body of work defined by emotional honesty, rich visual language and a refusal to be confined by genre.
Like all trailblazers, Jacob Banks defies any and all boundaries. His ear-catching signature soulful sound remains equally steeped in the swing of R&B, the grit of rock‘n’roll, the gusto of hip-hop, and the power of pop. Across music, film, design and other creative disciplines, his work is driven by curiosity, culture and the pursuit of ideas that feel distinctly his own.
