Originally from Clonmel, Tipperary and now based in Dublin, MIMI has performed on some of Ireland and the UK’s biggest stages, including the 3Arena, Aviva Stadium, SSE Arena Belfast, Creamfields, Electric Picnic, Belsonic and Kaleidoscope Festival.
Dance music sits at the heart of MIMI’s career. She is the lead vocalist on the 25th Anniversary re-release of Mark McCabe’s iconic “Maniac 2000”, which has surpassed 1 million streams, and regularly performs the track live alongside Mark at major shows including Electric Picnic and the 3Olympia Theatre. She has also collaborated with artists across the Irish and UK dance scene, continuing to champion the records and sounds that shaped a generation.
In 2026, MIMI gained widespread attention when her live performance of The Cranberries’ “Zombie” at the Aviva Stadium during the Women’s Six Nations went viral online, introducing her to a huge new audience and showcasing the vocal power that has become her trademark.
MIMI was also selected as one of four City Stages artists for Electric Picnic in 2026, handpicked by Tinie Tempah from hundreds of entries. The opportunity saw her join Tinie on the Main Stage at Electric Picnic, marking another major milestone in her career.
Now stepping firmly into her own spotlight as a solo artist, MIMI is creating a live show built around huge vocals, iconic 90s and 00s dance records, high-energy performance and pure dancefloor nostalgia — celebrating the classics audiences know and love while putting her own powerful vocal stamp on them.
In November 2026, MIMI will headline The Sugar Club in Dublin, bringing her signature sound and a set packed with the biggest dancefloor classics of the 90s and 00s to the stage, marking an exciting new chapter for one of Ireland’s most distinctive live vocalists.
