There are pop stars, and then there’s ADÉLA. Refusing to colour inside the lines, the Slovak singer, songwriter and dancer has built a world where hyperpop excess, razor-sharp choreography, unapologetic lyrics and larger-than-life ambition collide. Now, she’s bringing that world to Dublin as part of The Red Bottoms Tour.
Fresh from her rapid rise as one of pop’s most provocative new voices, ADÉLA’s Dublin headline show promises a night of maximalist pop, attitude and theatricality when she takes over the 3Olympia Theatre next January.
Born Adéla Jergová in Bratislava, ADÉLA first came to wider attention through HYBE x Geffen’s Dream Academy, before stepping out on her own terms with the 2024 single ‘Homewrecked’. Since then, she has carved out a distinctly chaotic and confident pop identity, releasing tracks including ‘Superscar’, ‘MachineGirl’, ‘DeathByDevotion’, ‘SexOnTheBeat’ and ‘KGB’. Her debut EP, The Provocateur, cemented her reputation as an artist seemingly uninterested in playing it safe.
Her forthcoming album, Prima, arrives on September 4, marking the next chapter in a career that has moved at serious velocity. The official ADÉLA site currently lists the Dublin date among her upcoming tour appearances.
And if her previous work is anything to go by, The Red Bottoms Tour won’t be your standard pop concert. ADÉLA has developed a reputation for turning the dial firmly
towards the outrageous, combining powerhouse vocals and intricate performance with a visual aesthetic that feels part pop fantasy, part fever dream.
